Eligible Refund Scenarios

• Duplicate transactions or failed payment debits.

• Unprocessed service activation (e.g., subscription didn’t activate).

Non-Refundable Cases

• Completed listing promotions or ad placements.

• Fraudulent activity or policy violation accounts.

Refund Process

• Submit a support ticket with payment proof.

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Notes & Tips

• Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
